For STANDARD shipping: please allow 1-3 business days for processing and 3-5 business days for shipping. EXPEDITE shipping: please allow 1-2 business days for processing and shipping. Orders placed before 12pm EST will be shipped out same day.

Once your order is place you will receive a confirmation email from Lux. After your order is fulfilled and shipped you will receive another email with your tracking number. Lux | BTQ offer exchanges and store credits on apparel only (excluding accessories, travel essentials, swimwear and E-guides) within 5 days of receiving your order. All orders has to be returned for exchange at the expense of the customer. Unfortunately, we do not offer or issue full refunds.
